As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 300kHz~2MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 0.8V. Featuring a 2.2A Switch output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.3V is provided.
