A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 150kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V.
