There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package to save space. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ when operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 250kHz~1.5MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 3A output current. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the L7987 family. There should be at least a 800mV volt output voltage for this switching regulator in order to make it work properly. With a maximum output voltage of 61V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency.
