There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 250kHz~1MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 12V.
