It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 250kHz. Input voltage 8V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
