L5970D013TR Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~150°C TJ temperature while operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 250kHz switching frequencies. Regulator 4.4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4.4V. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 36V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V for operation. I would like to point out that this voltage regulator belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the L5970 family. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 35V. During switching regulator operation, 8 pins are used. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 1.2VV. A maximum output current of 1A A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximal output voltage of 35V allows DC DC switching regulator to be operated easily. An output voltage of 35V is provided by this regulator voltage.
