It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 16 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space-saving 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~150°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 100kHz~300kHz.
