Its 6-VDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Bulk represents the packaging method.For its configuration, it incorporates 1 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~30V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 6 terminations.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number IXD*514.The mount method is Surface Mount.A total of 6 pins are available on the device.In order to operate, a voltage of 18V has to be applied.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.A board with 6 component pins is available.In order to operate properly, the operating supply voltage should be set to 18V.
