There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.For its configuration, it incorporates 1 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~30V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting.There are 8 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IXD*514.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 18V.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 14A.On the board, there are 8 component pins.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 18V.
