For greater flexibility, its TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package is used.There is a package in the form of Bulk.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 1 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.When the supply voltage is 8.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -55°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Inverting is used.The configuration is based on 5 terminations.The base part number IXD*430 refers to a number of related parts.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 18V is required for operation.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED IGBT/MOSFET DRIVER.A board with 4 component pins is available.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 30A.This device has a maximum power dissipation of 2W, indicating that it is capable of reducing power loss without overheating.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that 35V be set as the operating supply voltage.
