For greater flexibility, the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package is adopted.Bulk represents the package.For its configuration, it incorporates 1 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 8.5V~35V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.There is a temperature range for this device of -55°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Initially, the configuration is composed of 5 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IXD*430.The mount method is Surface Mount.The device is specifically designed to operate at 18V volts.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED IGBT/MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.The number of component pins is 4.The output current supported by the device is 30A.Its maximum power dissipation of 2W also demonstrates its maximum ability to transfer power without overheating.As a rule of thumb, the operating supply voltage should be set to 35V.
