For greater flexibility, the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package is adopted.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.For its configuration, it incorporates 1 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~35V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.There are 5 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number IXD*409.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 18V.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.4 pins are present on the component.The output current of this device can be set to 9A.As a rule of thumb, the operating supply voltage should be set to 35V.
