For greater flexibility, the 16-VDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~35V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET gate.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IX*611.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is to be mounted.When designing, the device is configured with 16 pins.A high-side voltage can be set up to 650V (Bootstrap).The device is capable of delivering a current of 600mA.
