For greater flexibility, the 8-VQFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.Tube represents the package.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V demonstrates its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.It's configured with 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL6605.The device is specifically designed to operate at 5V volts.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 33V.
