Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a package in the form of Tube.For its configuration, it incorporates 4 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 8.5V~15V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number HIP4082.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A board with 16 component pins is available.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 95V.This device is capable of delivering 1.25A current.Mosfet gate drivers outputs 1.2V as voltage.
