IRU3038CS Overview
It comes in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.2V~25V. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Frequency Control, Soft Start. IRU3038CS can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
