ICE2HS01GXUMA1 Overview
As a result of 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 2 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. There is a Cut Tape (CT) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc controls with 11V~18V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for a -25°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 48.25kHz~1MHz position. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Dead Time Control, Enable, Soft Start. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at DUAL. 20 terminations with a variety of function. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes RESONANT CONTROL. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 15V.
