TLF51801ELVXUMA1 Overview
It comes in a 14-LSSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 4.75V~45V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. It can switch at 100kHz~700kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Frequency Control which allows efficient switching control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. 14 pins are on switching converter. As determined by the test statistics, the output voltage of DC regulator is 44.55V. A starting point for a project is to note down the dc dc regulator's usual output current, which is 10A. It is set to 99 % duty cycle to ensure voltage regulator dc to dc reliability during power-ups and power-downs. Because of DC switcher's Surface Mount, it is suitable for most prototype designs and applications. For safe and reliable operation in a circuit, voltage regulator dc to dc is suggested that users apply 45V. It belongs to the dc to dc voltage regulator series Automotive, AEC-Q100. Switches with 1 phases are used in this controller.
