IR3622MTRPBF Overview
It comes in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 2 input. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 7.5V~14.5V. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz~600kHz position. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Sequencing, Soft Start, Tracking. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at QUAD.
