As a result of 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sdc control's supply and operating voltages are 5.5V~14.5V. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. There is a switch at 200kHz~500kHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics will be returned if you search "IR3621F".
