IR3094MPBF Overview
Capsuled in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 3 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Strip rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 8V~16V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~150°C TJ rating. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start. IR3094MPBF can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. 48 pins are on switching converter. As determined by the test statistics, the output voltage of DC regulator is 5.1V. Having a Surface Mount makes DC switcher ideal for most prototype and application designs. It is estimated that this dc regulatorhas a maximum frequency of 540kHz. The switching controller works at a frequency of 200kHz. At 0°C and above, dc regulator should be kept. A temperature of 150°C more than 150°C degrees Celsius should be maintained in the undc regulator. The dc switching utilizes 35mA when it is in a dormant state.
