For greater flexibility, the 24-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.When the supply voltage is 11.5V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Its configuration starts with 24 terminations.The base part number IR2114SS refers to a number of related parts.A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 600V.
