For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Under its base part number IR2106S, various related parts can be found.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 15V.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.A boot strap voltage of 600V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.The power supply 15V of the product solves the power supply problem for a variety of applications.FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT can also be provided based on unique technology.
