IR2103S Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Gate drivers is package in Tube case.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IR2103S.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 600V.Its input is characterized by SCHMITT TRIGGER.
