HMC427LP3 Overview
A Strip package is used in the RF Switches to optimize performance.When operating, RF Switch's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C.As part of the HMC427 series of regulators, the high power RF switchs can be found.The high power RF switch operation of the system is controlled by 16 pins.The HIGH ISOLATION feature adds to the efficiency and stability of this RF switch ic.A supply current of 5μAmps is required to operate this RF switch ic.An RF switch ic with the VSAT RF type.It is possible for the RF Switch to supply voltages of 5V.
