GCIXP1250BC Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 520-LFBGA for convenient overseas shipping. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores per bus width on the CPU. Be aware of the operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. StrongARM is the processor core of this CPU. A CPU with this architecture uses SDRAM RAM controllers. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. As a whole, there are 520 terminations. In the case of a 2V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. A 232MHz frequency is used by the CPU. To learn about the functions of the pins 520 please refer to their datasheets. An external data bus width of 32 is available on this CPU. Embedded microprocessor bodies have 520 pins injected into them. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. A 3.3V core voltage is present on the CPU.
