GCIXP1240AA Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 432-LBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. Cores/Bus width is 1 Core 32-Bit. The operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA should be understood. StrongARM processors are embedded in this CPU. Memory controllers for this CPU are SDRAM. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. To date, there have been 432 terminations. In the case of a 2V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. The CPU operates at a frequency of 166MHz. For functions of 432 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Its external data bus width is 32. Micro processor body consists of 432 pins. This CPU is widely used in a variety of applications with its Surface Mount mounting. It is 3.3V on the CPU's core.
