A device's maximal input capacitance is 3970pF @ 25V, which is defined as the capacitance between its input terminals with either input grounded.The drain current is the maximum continuous current the device can conduct, and this device has 70A continuous drain current (ID).Using VGS=200V and a specified value of ID, the drain-source breakdown voltage is VDS at which a specified value of ID flows. This device has a drain-source breakdown voltage of 200V (that is, no charge flow from drain to source).Its turn-off delay time is 65 ns, which is the time to charge the device's input capacitance before drain current conduction begins.Its maximum pulsed drain current is 280A, which is also its maximum rating peak drainage current.Before drain current conduction begins, the device's input capacitance must be charged, so the delay time is 71 ns.Single MOSFETs transistor is the voltage across the gate-source terminal of a transistor that determines the gate-source voltage, VGS.Activation of any electrical operation happens at threshold voltage, and this transistor has 5V threshold voltage.In order to reduce power consumption, this device uses a drive voltage of 10V volts (10V).
