In order to increase flexibility, the package 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) is used.Tube is the packaging method.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Through Hole is mounted in the way of the device.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Its configuration starts with 14 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number FAN7392.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Through Hole method.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 14 pins when designing.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 15V.As a maximum, there is 3A limit to the output current.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 600V.An output current of 3A is supported.According to its maximum power dissipation, 1.6W is capable of conducting and transferring a large amount of power without overheating.The supply voltage is 430μA.
