EPC1064PI8 Overview
This package is based on a neat PDIP package which is used by it.A maximum of 8.1kB bytes of data can be stored.FPGA is equipped wFPGAh 8 pins.To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the part.An example of a FLASH memory.This is an application suitable for Through Hole-based operating systems.The switching controller works at a frequency of 16.7MHz.Memory is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C.At temperatures above 85°C, it should not operate.I recommend a voltage of at least 4.75V for it to run.Memory has a max supply voltage rating of 5.25V.A 100μA-based system operates.
