44-TQFP is used in this package.Packing on the outside is Tray.A qualified individual to operate within 0°C~70°C is required.Using OTP, you can program it.FPGA is fed wFPGAh a voltage of 3V~3.6V.Surface Mount is the mounting position of this memory device.There is a limit to the size of data storage of 2Mb bytes.The supply voltage should be 3.3V.44 terminations with different functions.A maximum voltage of 3.6V can be applied to this memory device.If the device needs to be supplied with power, then a minimum voltage of 3V is required.This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.The temperature should be kept below 225 in reflow soldering.A SERIAL-processing method is used to transfer data through this memory.With the part are included 44 pins.
