EPCS128SI16N Overview
This package is based on a neat SOIC package which is used by it.A data storage size of 16MB is allowed.In order for it to function, it requires a voltage supply of 3.3V.There are different functions associated with 16 terminations.16 pins are present.For the memory chip to operate, it requires a voltage not exceeding 0.02mA.There is a set of 16 pins that are included with the part.Before using the part in a circuit, it is recommended that the user apply 3.3V before the part is used in order to ensure that it runs safely and reliably in the circuit.There is a memory type that is known as a FLASH memory.For applications involving Surface Mount, it is suitable.In order to control the sliding, the controller operates at a frequency of 20MHz.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.There should be no more than 85°C degrees of ambient temperature for it to operate.I recommend a voltage of at least 2.7V for it to run.In terms of the maximum voltage supply, it is rated with a 3.6V rating.100μA is the operating system.
