As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 32-TQFP contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 32 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 2.5V is required. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVTTL.
