AD9516-0BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 2.95GHz is available. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.465V. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.135V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution in this case. It is a 64-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. This part number is related to its related electronic parts. There are 64 pins that are available on the clock PLL. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that this analog clock generator can handle. Clock PLL is facilitated with 14 signal outputs to magnify output frequency as high as possible.
