Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 32-TQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 32 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 125MHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Approximately 3.465V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3.135V~3.465V.
