CY2300SXCT Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 8 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 166.67MHz maximum. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.6V of power. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3V is recommended for safety reasons. Clock PLL works with 3V~3.6V supply voltage provided.
