CSP2510CPGI Overview
TSSOP contains this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 240. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 140MHz is available. Clock PLL is equipped with 24 pin count. The frequency synthesizer has 24 pins that are available. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of -40°C operations. At 85°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency. The digital clock generator has 10 high-enable output pins. There can be no voltage higher than 3.6V when powering this frequency generator. For this clock generator ic, 3V is the lowest allowable supply voltage.
