BU4930FVE-TR Overview
A total of 5 terminals are used to mount this power management. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please find attached SOT-665 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts in a 2.4V-voltage supply. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. Power managment ic pin count is 5. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 700mV for this IC power. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 7V volts in this PMIC. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThe temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 550nA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BU49*, the base power ics number. A maximum supply temperature of 1.4μA can be used.
