BD4746G-TR Overview
Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. In this PMIC, you can find SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Voltage Detector products as well. When a supply voltage of 4.458V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. 5 pins are present on the power management system. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of -300mV for this PMIC. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 10V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~75°C TA . While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 1.6μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD47, the base power ics number. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 3μA at the most. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known BD47xx series product line.
