BD4823FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. IC management is packaged as a SOT-665 package. As with other Voltage Detector products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. When a supply voltage of 2.1V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Power management has a total of 5 pins. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1.2V. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. Supplied with a operating current of 900nA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. It is always advisable to use BD48, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. In order to operate this power management, it requires 2.3V volts of power. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 1.53μA. Supervisors from the well-known BD48xxx series product line are featured in this PMIC.
