BU4842F-TR Overview
Power management is mounted through 4 terminals. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-82 functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. When a supply voltage of 2.4V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. A total of 4 pins are located on this power management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than -300mV. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 7V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. For this power management, there is an 550nA volt supply current.
