A frequency of 24GHz is used to operate RF modulator.With the enhanced 32-PowerVFQFN package, this RF IC is excellent.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.This RF module has 32 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.It is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.Under 105°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 90mA.
