BD4856FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-665 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5.4V. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. 5 pins make up the power management. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than -300mV volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is always advisable to use BD48, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 1.98μA can be used. The IC power comes from the well-known BD48xxx series.
