BD4843G-TR Overview

With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. In a 4.1V supply voltage, the power management conducts. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. This power management has 5 pins. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than -300mV volts. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. There is a 900nA supply current present in the power management.
