BD4841FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. In this IC management you will find SOT-665 functions for you to refer to. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3.9V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, the power management has 5 pins in it. There are 5 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than -300mV. There should be no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountIt is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. It is always advisable to use BD48, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.68μA.
