BD4837FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-665 functions. Compared to other Voltage Detector products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. When a supply voltage of 3.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.2V for this power management. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts in this IC power. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. The supply current of the power management is 900nA. There is a requirement for 3.7V power to power this power management. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.68μA at the most. As the name implies, this supervisor is a kind of the famous BD48xxx series product line.
