BD4835G-TR Overview
A total of 5 terminals are used to mount this power management. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. Please find attached SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference in this IC power. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. When a supply voltage of 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. This power management system has 5 pins. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 950mV. There should be no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. It is always advisable to use BD48, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 1.68μA.
