BD4835FVE-TR Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are 1 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. IC management is packaged as a SOT-665 package. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. IC management conducts in a 3.3V-voltage supply. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 950mV volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. It is always advisable to use BD48, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.68μA. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known BD48xxx series product line.
