BD4834G-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Voltage Detector products as well. IC management conducts in a 3.2V-voltage supply. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. 5 pins are present on the power management system. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than -300mV. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 10V volts in this IC management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. There is a supply current of 900nA for the power management.
