There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Voltage Detector products. A supply voltage of 2.8V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, the power management has 5 pins in it. The pins of the power management system count 5. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 950mV for this IC power. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts in this IC power. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~105°C TA degrees. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. You can always use BD48, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. To operate this power management, you will need at least 3V volts of power. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 1.53μA. Supervisors from the well-known BD48xxx series product line are featured in this PMIC.
